Discover the beauty of Switzerland, Germany, and France with a stay in Davos and scenic journeys on the Bernina Express and Albula Railway. Explore alpine towns, enjoy mountain views, and relax with unlimited local transport — the perfect mix of adventure and tranquility.

Day 1

Travel to France, then through Germany to our overnight hotel.

Day 2

Continue to Davos, Switzerland, via Basel and Zurich. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and meet up for a pre-dinner drink before our evening meal.

Day 3

Full day at leisure in Davos with our Davos Card offering free local transport. Suggested activities include a trip on the Schwarzalp Mountain Railway, lunch at the panoramic restaurant, and a visit to the Alpine Garden (entries extra)

Day 4

Visit Klosters, a charming mountain resort village, then explore Chur, with its cobbled streets and cathedral. Return to Davos via the scenic Albula Pass

Day 5

Visit Bergün and the Albula Railway Museum before taking a scenic rail journey to St. Moritz, with free time to explore this stylish resort.

Day 6

Embark on the Bernina Express, a spectacular one-way train journey from Tiefencastel to Tirano, Italy, passing dramatic landscapes and villages. Return to Davos by coach.

Depart Davos and retrace our journey to the overnight hotel with time to freshen up before dinner.

Return to the UK with suitable comfort stops along the way.

The traditionally furnished 4-star hotel is located directly below the famous Davos-Platz Promenade shopping street and close to the Schatzalp cable car. The hotel offers nicely furnished rooms with a balcony, an indoor swimming pool and counter-current pool, 2 saunas, a steam bath, a solarium and massage services. It also boasts a piano bar with musical entertainment as well as two restaurants on-site.
