Paris City Break

Paris, France’s capital, is a major European City and global center for art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Its 19th century cityscape is crisscrossed by wide boulevards and the Rier Seine. Beyond such landmarks as the Eifel Tower and the 12th century, Gothic Notre-Dame cathedral, the city is known for its café culture and designer boutiques.

Louvre Museum

The world's most-visited museum, and a historic landmark in Paris. Home to some of the best-known works of art, including the Mona Lisa and the Venus de Milo.

Musée d'Orsay

A former railway station (Gare d'Orsay) built between 1898 and 1900, this museum holds mainly French art dating from 1848 to 1914 including paintings, sculptures, furniture, and photogrpahy.

Eiffel Tower

Named after the engineer Gustave Eiffel whose company designed this famous tower. Offering a unique panoramic view of Paris, and a glittering beacon in the skies of the Capital at nighttime.

Montmartre

Located on the outskirts of the city, this elevated rural neighbourhood has a collection of upscale shops and cafés and still exudes hints of old village charm.

Seine River

Take a break from the hustle and bustle and perhaps embark on a relaxing cruise on the Seine and admire the landmarks from the water. There are many different cruises to choose from, including gourmet lunch or dinner and sightseeing by day or night when the city is illuminated.

Champs-Élysées

The most beautiful and well-known avenue in Paris, it connects Arc de Triomphe with the Place de la Concorde and is considered one of the world's most famous commercial streets.

Jardin du Luxembourg

Escape the busy city to Jardin du Luxemburg, a French style garden with a large circular pond surrounded by statues and trees. Symmetrical lawns surrounded by borders filled with bedding plants, gravel paths, clipped hedges, trees and more statues including a model of the statue of Liberty! Many people come here to sit and contemplate the gardens or to eat their picnics.

Day 1

We depart our home area and make our way to Folkestone for our Eurotunnel crossing to Calais. We continue through France making a suitable comfort stop and arrive at our hotel midafternoon. The rest of the day is ours. The hotel is located near Les Quatre Temps Shopping Centre and is within 5 minutes by metro you can reach the Arc de Triomphe and Les Champs-Elysées.

Day 2, 3 & 4

These days are spent at our own leisure to explore all the famous landmarks that Paris has to offer, shop until we drop, and to relax with a coffee in a café along the Seine.

Day 5

We check out of our hotel and begin our journey home.
