Day 1
Travel to Fishguard for our ferry to Rosslare before continuing to the Newtown Park Hotel, Barntown, for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2
Journey north through Ireland’s beautiful countryside to Ballina, calling at the famous Malzard’s Pub in Stonyford. Enjoy a traditional Irish lunch and a warm Irish welcome, with lively music, storytelling and a fun introduction to the ancient sport of hurling before continuing to our hotel.
B, L, DDay 3
A relaxing day in Killaloe. A scenic cruise on the River Shannon and beautiful Lough Derg, with fascinating commentary and magnificent lakeside views. The remainder of the day is at leisure.
B, DDay 4
Today’s scenic tour circles beautiful Lough Derg, with stops in Nenagh, Garrykennedy and the picturesque villages of Portroe and Terryglass. Enjoy a traditional Irish lunch at Larkins before visiting Wilde Irish Chocolates.
B, L, DDay 5
Visit the fascinating Foynes Flying Boat Museum, including a guided tour and famous Irish coffee experience, before time in the charming village of Adare.
B, DDay 6
Depart Ballina for Dublin, stopping in Portlaoise for refreshments before our afternoon ferry to Holyhead and overnight stay in Caernarfon.
