This modern 4-star luxury hotel is situated in a quiet location in the picturesque town of El tarter and is beautifully decorated in a chalet-style throughout, with a few quirky features such as a collection of vintage vehicles parked throughout the spacious reception area! All bedrooms have a balcony. The modern restaurant and bar areas are both spacious and the outdoor pool and terrace offer lovely views of the surrounding mountains. The food is buffet style with so much choice. There is an amazing amount of choice. The chefs even cook your steak to your liking while you watch.

Day 1

We cross the Channel and travel south through France, arriving in Orléans for our overnight stay at the welcoming Ibis Orléans Centre Hotel.

Day 2

Journey through the stunning Pyrenees Wildlife Park before crossing into the mountain principality of Andorra. On arrival, enjoy a refreshing glass of sangria before settling into our hotel for dinner.

Day 3

A spectacular day awaits as we travel by scenic rack railway to Vall de Núria, a peaceful mountain valley surrounded by dramatic peaks. We return via the charming La Molina ski resort.

Day 4

Explore Andorra’s rich heritage on a guided tour, including a visit to a local distillery and a delicious tapas lunch. This evening, enjoy live entertainment at the hotel.

Day 5

Experience the beauty of the Pyrenean towns of La Seu d’Urgell, Puigcerdà, and Font-Romeu, travelling along the impressive Port d’Envalira mountain pass, one of Europe’s highest roads.

Day 6

We depart Andorra, journeying north through scenic French countryside to Orléans for our overnight stay.

After breakfast, we begin our return journey to the UK, making suitable comfort stops en route, the perfect end to a truly memorable mountain adventure.
