Join Kirbys Team on this fantastic Reunion Holiday to Warner’s Littlecote House Hotel in Hungerford. Connected to love, murder, scandal, and romance, the history of Littlecote House is packed with drama. Built in the mid-1500s, this beautiful Grade I listed Tudor manor has a truly unique story. The stunning location has played host to occupying Romans, a Tudor tryst and even a Civil War army. Henry VIII courted Jane Seymour here, and the D-Day landings were planned within the house. Littlecote has plenty of activities plus live music and entertainment every night. This holiday will be full of laughter and fun, with games and a fancy dress competition, and an entertaining Awards Ceremony! Come along as this is one holiday you will truly not want to miss.

Day 1

Depart home area and travel to Littlecote, stopping in Windsor to purchase lunch. Windsor Royal Station, a short distance from the drop-off point, is the perfect destination for its range of shops, coffee shops and restaurants. We continue to the hotel arriving with time to relax before our evening meal, followed by entertainment.

Day 2

After breakfast we visit Bath. Not only is it one of the UK's most picturesque cities, but it also has a fascinating past, beautiful surroundings, and plenty to do. The centrepiece is Bath Abbey which will be our first stop. The interior is nothing short of glorious, with beautiful stained-glass windows and stunning architecture, opportunity to look around the Abbey. Afterwards we have free time in the city to browse the shops and obtain lunch from a range of restaurants before rejoining the coach to visit The Royal Crescent, the most famous street in Bath. We return to our hotel for our evening meal followed by entertainment.

Day 3

We start our day at the McArthur Glen Swindon Shopping Outlet, approximately 90 stores all under one roof with excellent discounts. There is an amazing array of shops to suit all tastes and eateries to obtain refreshments. We continue to Dyrham Park House, a 17th century house and garden in ancient parkland. This visit will give us a taste of the late 1600's, with interesting decor and art. The House has been used for a number of films and TV programs including Poldark, The Remains of the Day, Sanditon and many more. Opportunity to take a walk around the 17th century inspired West Garden, ponds and orchard. Refreshments can be purchased in the Tea Room. We return to our hotel with some time to relax before our evening meal and entertainment.

Day 4

Spend the morning at leisure at Littlecote House, there's a program of daily activities and plenty of leisure facilities for us to make use of. Alternatively, if you would like to visit the nearby charming town of Marlborough for a morning visit, please meet in reception to depart at 10am. Marlborough offers a delightful range of independent shops and tea rooms. At 1:30pm this afternoon, we will be hosting our Reunion get together in the Ballroom. Enjoy same games and competitions, including an optional fancy dress, followed by an entertaining Awards Ceremony.

Day 5

We say farewell to Littlecote House and return to home area stopping in Oxford for free time and lunch to be obtained.

The grounds contain an ornate Roman mosaic floor and settlement remains. Henry VIII courted Jane Seymour here, and the D-Day landings were planned within the house.
